A shortlets UK apartment is fully furnished, has a fully functioning and equipped kitchen, or as a minimum a kitchenette. Serviced means that your apartment will have a light clean with a change of all linen and towels at least once per week.

A ShortletsUK apartment is very competitive compared to a stay in a hotel particularly when you factor in any food and beverage costs, housekeeping and laundry costs and of course internet. Remember your apartment would be the equivalent in space to that of a top rate suite or penthouse in a hotel.
Your apartment rental includes all charges for gas, electric, water, council tax, television license fees and a weekly light clean and change of linen.
Yes, a weekly change of all linen and towels are included in your weekly rental.
You can make your reservation over the phone or by e-mail, confirming by providing a completed booking form with deposit.
All payments are strictly in advance and in cleared funds prior to occupation.
Payment may be made either by cash (in person), BACS, by cheque allowing 7 days to clear (address on booking form), by debit or credit card (there is a 2.5% surcharge for credit card transactions and 4% for American Express). Any bank charges incurred by Shortlets UK Ltd for transfers, non-sterling or dishonoured cheques will be payable by the guest.

Apartments can be booked right up until the time of arrival availability dependent.

Any cancellation made by the client for whatever reason must be made in writing and addressed to Shortlets UK Ltd. The effective date of the cancellation will be the date the written instructions are received by us. The following cancelation charges apply:-
- More than 4 weeks prior - loss of booking deposit
- Less than 4 weeks before the commencement of the rental period, the full cost of the rental period.
Yes we accept pets in some of our properties, but do discuss this at the time of your enquiry.

Yes, many of our apartments have parking available. However you must advise us at time of booking as we must provide you with a permit that must be displayed in your vehicle to avoid fines. Shortlets UK can not accept any responsibility for any fines you recieve if you have not displayed your provided permit adequately, or if you did not advise us that you required a permit.
Yes, many of our apartments can accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements, please call us to discuss your requirements.
